Role Description :

As a Business Analyst at FV Bank, you will work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams to gather and analyze requirements, manage the product backlog, and help prioritize features that align with FV Bank’s strategic objectives. You will support competitive analysis, marketing insights, AI-driven initiatives, and workflow designs to enhance our product offerings. The role requires someone detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at working in agile environments while being able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Data Dictionary & Documentation : Maintain a structured data dictionary and ensure consistent documentation for product workflows.
• Product Backlog Management : Collaborate with Product Managers to define, refine, and prioritize the backlog.
• Feature Prioritization : Work with stakeholders to assess business value and prioritize features accordingly.
• Marketing & Competitive Analysis : Perform market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
• AI & Prompt Engineering : Support AI-driven initiatives by helping design and refine prompts and identifying automation opportunities.
• User Stories & Agile Practices : Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and support agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Wireframing & POCs : Develop wireframes, mockups, and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas before implementation.
• Product Workflow Design : Map end-to-end workflows across products and identify areas for optimization.
• Demo Preparation & Presentation : Prepare and present product demos for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
