Position : Business Analyst ( Project Coordination Experience )

Key Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and the technical team for Salesforce-related initiatives.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and validation of Salesforce implementations.
Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and support project governance activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Support change management and training initiatives for end-users.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to QA and Project Coordination.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (functional knowledge, user stories, workflows, reporting).
Experience in Lending & Loans domain (preferred).
Ability to prepare and execute test cases, manage UAT cycles, and ensure defect closure.
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
Exposure to integration projects in financial services.
