Job Description :

• 3+ years of experience with email security platforms, Optional Zivver
• Developer who can work independently
• Strong understanding of Windows 10 / 11 and Windows Server security configurations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Windows security policies, endpoint hardening, and access controls
• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch scripting
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and certificate-based authentication
• Understanding of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, MAPI), email encryption, and DLP
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills :
• PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch scripting
• Zivver Solutions (Preferable)
• Windows Server security configurations
• Incident Responsibilities :
• Design, configure, and support enterprise-grade email security platforms
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch scripting
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook deployments across Windows 10 / 11 environments
• Implement and manage Windows Server security configurations, endpoint hardening, and access controls
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to manage and enforce email encryption, DLP, and compliance policies
• Support integration with Active Directory, Group Policies, and certificate-based authentication
• Troubleshoot email delivery issues and security incidents, working with incident management teams when required
• Document solutions, processes, and best practices
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and email security best practices
