Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior US IT Recruiter based in Bangalore Urban for a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top IT talent in the U.S. market. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have experience in US IT recruiting (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruiting processes and manage candidate data efficiently.
  • Skilled in Boolean Search Techniques to source potential candidates from diverse platforms and databases.
  • Strong ability in Candidate Screening and Sourcing to ensure only the best talent is selected for the client.
  • Effective usage of LinkedIn Talent Solutions for networking and recruitment purposes to find and attract top IT professionals.
  • Experience in Cold Calling to reach out to potential candidates and assess their interest and suitability for open positions.
  • Excellent Relationship Management skills to maintain and build long-term associations with clients and candidates.
  • Solid Market Research capabilities to stay updated with industry trends and recruitments needs, ensuring relevant candidate sourcing.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth candidate screening and assessment to identify the most qualified candidates for specific roles.
  • Maintain and optimize a robust pipeline of candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient workflow management.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find diverse talent through networking and various recruiting platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative talent acquisition solutions.
  • Engage in cold calling and other outreach techniques to attract passive candidates and expand the candidate pool.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment, engaging candidates, and promoting job openings.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and research to provide insights and recommendations on recruitment strategies.
