AM – Inventory Planning & Warehouse Dispatch

The Assistant Manager – Inventory & Dispatch will oversee centralized warehouse operations for uniforms (Academic & Non-Academic), welcome kits, and student modules , ensuring seamless distribution to 200+ offline centers across India . The role requires expertise in inventory control, dispatch planning, vendor coordination, and process improvement for efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Inventory Management

• Ensure accurate stock keeping of all categories – uniforms, welcome kits, and student modules.
• Forecast demand based on academic cycles and regional requirements.
• Supervise cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of physical vs. system inventory.
• Manage replenishment planning with procurement teams.
