Job Title : Professional Heavy Truck Driver

Summary

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Class 5 Professional Drivers to join our employer partner, Dynes Transport. As a key member of our modern fleet operation, you will deliver high-quality, efficient transport services across Canterbury while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety. This is an excellent opportunity to join a proudly family-owned company with over 50 years of experience in Dairy, Containers, Forestry, Viticulture, and Dry Goods cartage.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 5 vehicles safely and professionally to deliver goods
• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain assigned vehicles in sound condition
• Comply with all company policies, Health & Safety procedures, and NZ Transport regulations
• Maintain accurate delivery and collection records using company systems
• Promote positive client relations and represent the company professionally
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and team members
• Report any incidents, hazards, or equipment faults immediately
• Be available for day or night shifts as rostered
