Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Gurgaon Rural. The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, assisting in sales activities, helping with sales management, and participating in training sessions. Daily tasks will include interacting with potential and existing clients, supporting the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and helping implement sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :
Visit residential societies and interact with society committees (B2B) and residents (B2C).
Present features and benefits of NoBrokerHood.
Generate interest, identify leads, and convert them into customers.
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new societies.
Collect feedback and share daily updates with the team.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and field promotions.
Requirements :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and target-driven.
Ability to present solutions and build rapport effectively.
Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus.
