The Senior Manager - HR, Administration & IT is responsible for ensuring efficient administrative operations, infrastructure management, and IT coordination across the organization.

This role ensures seamless office functioning, effective vendor and facility management, strong IT support systems, and compliance with HR policies.

The position is ideal for someone with strong organizational, administrative, and technical coordination skills.

Key & Operations :

• Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility management, and infrastructure upkeep.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, AMCs, and service contracts.
• Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, security, transportation, and office services.
• Monitor cost controls, negotiate with vendors, and optimize operational expenses.
• Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, event coordination, and office supplies.
• Implement administrative SOPs, operational workflows, and improvement measures.
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure service-level compliance.
