Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Implementation & Product Manager to drive enterprise deployments of conversational AI solutions. The role requires someone who can translate business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions, engage directly with senior executives, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deployment of AI Voice Agents for large enterprise clients.
• Design, test, and optimize AI agents by mapping workflows and refining prompt logic.
• Collaborate with VP and C-level stakeholders to shape AI adoption strategies.
• Partner with engineering to deliver features and enhancements aligned with client needs.
• Ensure measurable outcomes on efficiency, customer experience, and revenue impact.
• Provide structured feedback to product teams, accelerating roadmap development.
