Key Responsibility Areas including preferred Skills and Experience
- Perform all HR related activities from Hire to Retire including, Dispute Management, Exception handling, Quality audits and Reporting and Month-end deliverables.
- Have good understanding of all HR modules on ERPs
- Accountable and responsible for any critical or risk involved cases to ensure a quick and timely response
- Day to day team & process management experience
- Accountable to ensure noise free delivery in operations including queue management
- Strive to exceed SLA and accuracy parameters
- Acumen for quality and improving timelines
- Drive weekly dashboards call with the client stakeholders
- To ensure resourcing for the month in line with volume prediction
- Display excellent people management skills and ensure all compliance requirements are met as per company policy in a timely manner
- Identify training needs, arrange trainings and evaluate post training performance
- Have flair for process improvements and automation opportunities
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Undertake additional responsibilities and display leadership qualities

Good communication skills both written and verbalShould have 4-6 Years of experienceShould have experience of managing a team of 15 to 20 membersExperience in SAP / ServiceNow and SuccessFactors and all HR related platformsShould have excellent comprehension skillsAttention and eye for detail and accuracyDemonstrates good time management and organizational skills
