Summary :

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of innovative digital experiences across Life Sciences devices and applications.

This is a client-facing role requiring close collaboration with global stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and design teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with exceptional communication skills to represent UX strategy and decisions directly to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end design activities from discovery to delivery, aligning user needs with business and technical goals.
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, present design solutions, and drive UX alignment across teams.
• Conduct UX audits, user research, and usability testing to uncover hidden needs and elevate product experiences.
• Create detailed design deliverables personas, workflows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final visual designs.
• Apply enterprise design systems and universal principles across form factors and responsive design.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality design implementation and manage trade-offs.
• Participate in design sprints and stakeholder reviews to refine product direction and user experience.
• Manage external design partners to support research, prototyping, and front-end development as needed.
