Responsibilities and Duties
- Engage with potential clients via email, phone and chats to understand their needs and provide the required learning solutions
- Counsel clients who contact us and suggest courses to match their requirements
- Become the point of contact for the enrolled participants and follow up with them till they finish the course
- Manage leads on CRM
- Maintain good relationship with the existing participants
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experienced candidates (Minimum 2 years to maximum 4 years of proven experience in B2C sales in EdTech industry) can applExcellent verbal and written communication skillProblem solving abilityAbility to handle high pressure and meet deadlineKnowledge of computer skillAbility to build rapportExperience in hardcore sales (like insurance / credit card sales) is preferableJob Type : Full-time
