Schedule interviews and manage related communications with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitersProcess invoices and provide payment updates to vendors as neededResponsible for Agency dashboard and contractsInitiate background checks, manage relationship with vendor, raise discrepancies with talent team and follow up as directedGenerate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc talent acquisition reportsResponsible for external University Relations event planning and logisticsManage vendors, monitor and track activity / ROI for various job boards and social media sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.Audit candidate information within applicant tracking system as neededManage, respond and escalate as needed Talent Acquisition inbox emails, queries, etc.Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition teamDisplay good judgment with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately and with tactUtilize strong written and oral communication skills to enhance TA deliverablesWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required :
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to provide insights based on data sets that helps determine trends and highlights areas of attention
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Attention to details, anticipating needs and collaborative approach
