This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to perform administrative, data management, and support functions efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

This role involves working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), using instructional design methodologies, and leveraging technology to deliver impactful learning experiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a Graduate / Postgraduate.
• 3-6 years of experience as Trainer / Training Developer or relevant.
• Training Content Creations for Training Developer role would be a plus.
