Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Delhi, India. Role shall include the following :
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative methods.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidates data in Employer’s ATS database
Manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Maintain an updated talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and prepare reports for management.
Invite & track internal employee referrals. Provide inputs related to referral bonus for payroll processing
Build strong relationships with candidates to provide a positive hiring experience.
Education & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good understanding of recruitment tools, job boards (including Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn & internshalla), and social media platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
