Job Description : Manager - Sales Operations and MIS

Role Purpose
As the Manager of Sales Operations and MIS, you will be the analytical and operational backbone of our sales organization. You will drive sales efficiency and effectiveness by owning our sales processes, managing our CRM, and providing actionable, data-driven insights. Your primary goal is to ensure the sales team has the tools, data, and support needed to meet their targets and contribute to our strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Data Management : Generate and distribute daily reports on leads, calling activity, and lead quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all sales, marketing, agency, and participant data across various platforms and spreadsheets.
- Sales Process Management : Oversee the entire sales lifecycle. This includes managing lead flow and pipeline health, ensuring alignment with lead owners, and handling key administrative tasks such as preparing and sending offer letters to prospects.
- CRM Administration & Automation : Act as the primary administrator for our CRM system. Your duties will include keeping Salesforce automation updated, creating new flows for upcoming programs, and ensuring the system is optimized to support the sales team.
- Quality Assurance & Technical Support : Conduct regular testing of our website, forms, and other tools to ensure they are functioning correctly and providing a seamless experience for our prospects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the central point of contact for sales-related data. You will work closely with the branding, performance marketing, and developer teams to ensure data integrity and alignment, and maintain consistent communication with our sales, delivery, and accounts teams.
Sales Tools & Systems Management
You will also be responsible for the backend management and operational support for key sales and communication technologies :
Telephony & Communication : Manage and optimize our telephony provider, such as RingDNA , to ensure seamless calling operations. You will also oversee the use of other communication tools like WhatsApp and mailing software.Webinars & Surveys : Provide backend support for conducting webinars , ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly. You will also manage and analyze data from survey tools like SurveyMonkey to gather key insights from our prospects and clients.Qualifications
Experience : 5-7 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Business Analyst, or a similar role, preferably within the EdTech, professional services, or executive education sectors.Technical Skills :Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel .Expertise in CRM platforms like Salesforce.Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.Familiarity with sales engagement tools like RingDNA, and survey tools like SurveyMonkey is highly desirable.Soft Skills :Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Education : A Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Why Join XED
