Job description5+ years of impactful UX design experience; compelling UX / UI portfolio. Deep mastery of UX / UI principles, industry tools (Figma), and Agile methodologies (JIRA). Proficiency in qualitative / quantitative research and multi-device design. Proven ability to balance business goals with user needs. Strong visual / interaction skills, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional communication (presentation) skills; proactive, adaptable, and a team-excelling self-starter.
Role Summary : Senior UX Designer
Lead the design strategy and UX vision for complex digital products, ensuring alignment between user needs and business goals. Drive the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to execution—while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product / Engineering) to solve complex usability challenges and ensure a seamless, cohesive user experience.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead mobile-first design strategy and ensure a cohesive UX ecosystem.
- Conduct usability testing and research (qualitative / quantitative).
- Drive design from ideation to execution, developing high-level concepts / flows.
- Collaborate within an Agile framework and effectively present to stakeholders.
- Manage design systems, advocate for best practices / accessibility, and use UX metrics for iteration.
