About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our Core Tech desk, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and scaling our operations across Data, Cloud, Integration, and Enterprise Apps.

With 5-8+ years of experience in US IT recruiting and proven closures in at least two areas such as Snowflake / Databricks, AWS / Azure / GCP, Salesforce / ServiceNow, Workato / MuleSoft / Boomi, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruiting efforts for US roles in data engineering / analytics, CRM, cloud, and integration.

You will also build candidate pipelines via JobDiva, Recruiter, referrals, communities, and meetups, ensuring pristine ATS hygiene and publishing weekly progress dashboards. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our team's success.
