Overview
The role will be responsible for Technical direction on SAP Ariba (B & I) Buying and Invoicing related for global and project management of sector or global Ariba Requisition to Pay projects .

Job Description :
- Minimum 2 end to end Ariba implementations in indirect procurement using SAP Ariba tool .
- Must have strong experience in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing solutions.
- Strong Knowledge on SAP Ariba implementation activities (Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration & customization, cutover, Go-live, etc.)
- Must be aware of Buying and Invoicing and Ariba Workflows and Catalogs
- Strong consulting experience in procurement P2P and Invoicing.
- Good to have SAP MM knowledge.
- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP eco system and Integration of SAP Ariba with SAP ECC or SAP HANA.
- Experience in planning, implementation, and configuration over the full project cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical skills
Responsibilities that are useful for an Ariba techno functional consultant include :
Interact and communicate with Cross functional SAP and Non SAP and business teams at all phases of Project LifecycleShould have experience in integration of SAP Ariba with other legacy application and 3rd party application.Demonstrate Good practices and lead the team and work with cross functional teams to resolve the issues.Documentation, design the requirements in accordance with Project SOWDesigns solution specific to business process outcomes and understands how to develop and integrate a proposed solution into a customer's existing business and technical environment.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions..Manage Ariba Configuration Workbooks, Create Specifications, TS, UAT scripts.Manage the cutover activities and support during the cut over / hyper care / go live phase.Should be excellent team player with Excellent Communication Skills and negotiating skills and influencing the stakeholders and managing multiple priority projects.Ability to lead teams is preferable.Must be able to Work independently and manage the customer deliverables.Excellent Verbal & Written Communication as well as Interpersonal and Analytical SkillsMust have solid SAP Project Management ExperienceMust have Proficiency in Project Management Software.Ensure that all procurement activities, processes, and transactions align with corporate governance, policies, and compliance standards.Conduct training, serve as SMEStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Develop a strong understanding of the application and business processesProvide expertise and knowledge to our operations teams when they need our assistanceWork with customers, business and IT partners globally to identify and resolve issues, escalating as requiredQualifications
Bachelor’s degree required10+ years of Procurement applications Delivery and development experience such as SAP MM, Ariba, MDG, SAP3+ years Project Management3+ years working with Managed Service Partners and / or 3rd Party implementorsFamiliar with MW integration, CIG, APIsExperience in Delivering complex application implementations with a Global user baseExperience using ServiceNow, MyIT Portfolio, Azure Devops, Quality Center MS Project and other supporting toolsDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate and articulate to leadershipProven ability to prioritize work and delegate deliverables leading a team of employees andBackground collaborating with software vendors ( SAP)Power BI knowledge a plus
