About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Techno-Functional SD Lead to join our team and drive complex global SAP S / 4HANA transformations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of SAP functional expertise, technical know-how, and Sales & Marketing domain experience (Medical Devices industry preferred).

You will play a key role in solution design, cross-module collaboration, and leading end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and deliver 4+ End-to-End S / 4HANA implementations as Solution Architect / Lead.
• Drive global template design and multi-country rollouts, ensuring localization and compliance.
• Perform requirement gathering workshops, map client processes, and deliver effective SAP SD solutions.
• Analyze and compare ECC vs. S / 4HANA architecture, tables, and field-level changes.
• Collaborate with ABAP teams for development, testing (including synthetic data creation) and customizations.
• Provide functional & technical inputs to Data Warehouse teams.
• Manage 3rd-party system integrations (CRM, e-commerce, logistics, etc.).
• Coordinate with cross-module teams (FICO, MM, PM, DW) for seamless solution design.
• Document, validate, and communicate requirements and solutions with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
