Job descriptionBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (1-2 years) in a digital marketing role. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive insights and optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and effectively communicate digital strategies and results to clients and stakeholders. Strategic mindset with a creative flair and a passion for pushing the boundaries of digital innovation. Experience working in a creative agency or similar fast-paced, client-facing environment is highly desirable. You thrive in independent roles and enjoy collaborating with like-minded, self-driven people. You’re excited to help shape ideas and build projects from the ground up. You listen well, adapt easily, and embrace change as part of the process. You’re excited by problem solving. You’re seeking rapid, aggressive growth at any cost. Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding digital initiatives, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
