We’re now looking for a
Business Development Manager
to help us scale partnerships, drive B2B sales, and expand into new customer segments across India and beyond.
Job Description Identify, target, and convert new B2B clients (corporates, startups, agencies, wedding planners, etc.)
Build strategic partnerships with event organizers, HR teams, and influencers
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing
Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, gifting trends, and seasonal promos
Use CRM tools to track pipeline, measure KPIs, and report on revenue growth
Explore new channels for growth : bulk gifting, white-labeling, influencer gifting, and corporate gifting
Requirements 3+ years of experience in business development or corporate sales, ideally in eCommerce, gifting, lifestyle, or D2C brands
Strong network across corporate HR, events, startups, or influencer agencies
Excellent presentation and communication skills – both written and verbal
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Passion for gifting, personalization, and customer experience
Understanding of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or similar
