Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement a targeted business development strategy to drive sales growth in ADaSci’s corporate training offerings, with a focus on data science and AI training solutions.
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their training needs and aligning them with ADaSci's offerings.
- Market Research & Lead Generation : Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and explore innovative ways to expand ADaSci's corporate network.
- Outbound Lead Generation : Execute outbound lead generation activities, including cold outreach, emails, and prospecting calls, to build a robust pipeline of potential corporate clients.
- B2B Sales : Engage with mid-to-senior level executives to present ADaSci's training programs, focusing on how they can meet their organization’s upskilling and transformation goals.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation : Craft and present compelling proposals, conduct negotiations, and secure long-term partnerships for training and upskilling initiatives.
- Sales Metrics & Reporting : Track and report sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adapting strategies to meet targets.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and training teams to ensure alignment on messaging, client needs, and market demands.
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience : Minimum of 4+ years in sales and business development, with a proven track record in corporate training business development and B2B sales.Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the corporate training industry, particularly in the areas of data science, machine learning, and AI.Client-Centric Approach : Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, with a focus on identifying and addressing client training needs.Sales Acumen : Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to close high-value deals and drive revenue growth.Goal-Oriented : Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
