About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end book closure. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, Zoho Books, and core accounting principles with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, AR / AP, and general ledger management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Record and reconcile journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and collections.
- Handle GST, TDS compliance, and related filings.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance.
- Support audits, statutory compliance, and internal financial reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data accuracy and timely reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.1–3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST / TDS), and compliance.Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Zoho Books / Finance.Hands-on experience in journal entries, AR / AP, reconciliations, and book closure.Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and communication skills.Work Mode
