Role Overview :

As the Maintenance Head - Retail Stores, you will be responsible for ensuring all The Sleep Company stores across India are well-maintained, safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. This role involves preventive and reactive maintenance, vendor management, budgeting, and ensuring minimal downtime across stores.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Store Maintenance & Upkeep :

• Oversee all maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, signage, lighting, and general repairs) across retail stores.
• Establish preventive maintenance schedules for each store to minimize breakdowns.
• Ensure stores maintain the brand's visual and functional standards.
