Role : PeopleSoft Administrator

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing PeopleSoft applications, databases, and environments hosted on OCI, with a focus on operational stability, scalability, and performance.

Hands-on experience with Autonomous Database 23ai and OCI-native tools for backup, restore, and monitoring is critical. Candidates with OCI and ADB certifications will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments (v9.2) running on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Manage PeopleSoft Cloud Manager for environment provisioning, lifecycle management, patching, and cloning.
• Implement and manage Autonomous Database (ADB 23ai) for PeopleSoft workloads, including backup, restore, and recovery operations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply PeopleTools upgrades (8.5x, 8.6x).
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot OCI networking (VCNs, subnets, gateways, security rules, DRG / LPG) to ensure secure and reliable connectivity across environments.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures for OCI-based PeopleSoft environments.
• Collaborate with DBAs, Cloud Architects, and Developers to ensure secure and reliable infrastructure operations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, patching requirements, and industry best practices.
• Support disaster recovery testing and high availability strategies within OCI.
