Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant Record to Report (R2R)

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant Record to Report (R2R) to join our ERP transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, specifically across the Record to Report (R2R) suite, including GL, Financial Accounting Hub, Intercompany, SmartView, OTBI, and Tax modules.

You will be responsible for configuring Oracle Cloud ERP, engaging with business users to gather requirements, creating functional documentation, and supporting system integrations and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Expertise & Configuration :

  • Hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Cloud ERP - Record to Report modules, including :

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)

3. Intercompany Transactions

4. Tax Configuration

5. Reporting Tools : SmartView, OTBI

  • Design and configure Oracle ERP Cloud to meet business requirements and best practices.

    • Business Analysis & Documentation :

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance users, and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
  • Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and MC.050 (Oracle Configuration Documents) with clarity and accuracy.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations on the fitment of business requirements within standard Oracle Cloud & Support :
  • Participate in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, enhancements, and production support initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across financial modules in a timely manner.
  • Provide training, knowledge transfer, and functional support to end-users and internal teams.

    • Integration & Reporting :

  • Experience in integrating external systems with Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Configure and support reporting solutions using SmartView, OTBI, and BI Publisher.

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7 - 9+ years of industry experience in Oracle ERP, including 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations / support.
  • Deep functional understanding of R2R processes and Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules.
  • Proven experience in Oracle ERP Cloud configurations, data mappings, and financial process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle integration methods and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
