Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Understand the business needs of the client and offer solutions pertaining to Employee Engagement, Channel Partner Loyalty, Consumer Loyalty, Reward & Recognition, Communication and Employee Experience.
  • Achieve business growth and market development across cross section of industries by making corporate presentations to top management and explaining the concept to them (Concept selling)
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals and presentations.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing and contract closures.
  • Actively seek out and establish relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting the sales targets.
  • Build, nurture and strengthen relationships with existing and potential Experience in handling Large Private and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
  • Ability to handle high-value corporate deals and bulk orders.
  • Strong network and connections with corporate clients.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can do attitude
