Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant (US GAAP, QuickBooks & Payroll – US & India) to join our finance and operations team.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in US GAAP accounting, QuickBooks Online, and payroll management for both US and India operations.

This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional capable of managing end-to-end accounting, payroll compliance, and financial reporting across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements as per US GAAP.
• Oversee payroll processing for both US and India teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
• Handle statutory compliances including PF, TDS, PT, ESIC (India) and tax withholdings, benefits, W-2 / 1099 (US).
• Coordinate with HR for employee data updates, leaves, and benefits integration.
• Execute month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and payroll service providers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits, filings, and financial transparency.
