Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Pune. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting. The Accountant will ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations while maintaining accurate and organized financial records. Additionally, the role involves preparing budgets, forecasts, and tax filings, as well as performing audits and ensuring effective internal controls.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial management, accounting, and general ledger
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and tax filing
• Excellent skills in auditing and maintaining internal controls
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
