Role & Responsibilities
Customer Data Quality Management
- Analyze and assess customer data quality issues.
- Implement data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication techniques.
- Define and enforce data quality rules, policies, validation checks, and thresholds.
- Collaborate with business, product, IT, and customer support teams to rectify inconsistencies.
- Monitor and improve data quality metrics such as accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Standardize customer data across systems to generate a single golden record.
- Create dashboards for Six Sigma initiatives and continuous data quality monitoring.
Formulate Data Remediation Strategies
Develop and execute remediation frameworks to address data anomalies.Conduct root cause analysis to identify sources of poor data quality.Work with internal stakeholders to drive data improvement initiatives.Implement automated data validation rules at source systems.Refine data remediation strategies based on business needs and evolving technologies.Provide recommendations to enhance policies, procedures, and standards related to Data Marts and quantify business value impact.Skills Required
