We are looking for a talented web designer with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, and Core JavaScript to join our team remotely.

The ideal candidate will be based in Ahmedabad and have a proven track record of creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs.

Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers.
• Design and develop web pages that are visually appealing and highly functional.
• Create responsive designs, ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Implement and maintain CSS-heavy projects, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs.
• Optimize web design for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure consistency in designs and align them with the companys branding guidelines.

Requirements :

Proven work experience as a web developer or in a similar role with a minimum of 4+ years.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.

Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.

Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with JavaScript frameworks / libraries, React.js.

Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.

Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Experience with version control systems like Git.
