The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, managing the production team, and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities : - Plan, organize, and oversee the production schedule and daily operations.- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet targets.- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.- Manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.- Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-effective production methods.- Maintain production reports and analyze data to improve productivity.- Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and machinery.- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.Eligibility Criteria : - Educational Qualification : Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Engineering or Science).- Experience : Minimum 5 years+ of experience in a similar role within the plastics manufacturing industry.- Preferred Skills : - Strong knowledge of plastics production processes and machinery.- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.- Good communication and organizational skills.- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance.Work Location : Factory Unit – Dhulagarh, Howrah, West BengalCandidates residing in or willing to relocate to Howrah / Dhulagarh area will be preferred.Compensation : ₹5 – ₹9 Lakhs per Annum (based on experience and qualifications)
