Univest - Specialist - Search Engine Optimization

Role Overview :

We're looking for a data-driven SEO & Conversion Specialist who can take full ownership of organic growth at Univest. This role demands deep technical SEO expertise, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to translate traffic into measurable conversions. You'll work closely with content, tech, and product teams to scale our visibility, engagement, and organic acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across Univest's website and app ecosystem to drive qualified organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-impact, search-optimized content.
• Drive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements including site architecture, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Partner with the performance and product teams to optimize conversion funnels and boost organic conversion rates.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics, using insights to refine strategy.
• Stay ahead of SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and emerging 4-7 years of proven experience in SEO strategy and implementation for high-growth digital brands or startups.
• Strong command over Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Solid understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles, A / B testing, and funnel analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Hands-on experience working with WordPress / Webflow / CMS tools and basic HTML understanding.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
