Position : HR Recruiter (IT Hiring)

Location : Noida / Gurgaon (On-site)

Experience : 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding).
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and vendor networks.
• Manage recruitment reports and candidate pipeline tracking.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely feedback.
