🕒 Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling of infrastructure projects

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team, playing a critical role in the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in planning and scheduling , with a strong track record on complex civil infrastructure developments, including superstructures, bridges, and underpasses .

Experience with RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of plans with execution
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project forecasts
• Identify project risks, delays, and propose mitigation strategies
• Track resource usage and ensure efficient allocation aligned with project timelines
• Conduct time impact analysis for variations, delays, and extension of time (EOT) claims
• Attend client and consultant meetings to present planning deliverables and progress reports
• Support in tender planning and bid submissions for future infrastructure projects
