Job description

Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
Come up with the right architecture and design for ideas and experiments to quickly scale.
Provide technical leadership and oversight to the team.
Own the success of your team's projects and deliver quantifiable results in a timely manner.
Coach and mentor engineers to help with their learning and career growth.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Past experience working on iOS.

Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

Strong software engineering fundamentals and a passion for building scalable, maintainable systems.

Proven track record of successfully driving projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Languages & Frameworks : Swift, Objective-C, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine

Development Tools : Xcode, Instruments, LLDB, Fastlane

Architectures : MVC, MVVM, VIPER (as applicable), modular architecture

Build & CI / CD : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane

Testing : XCTest, XCUITest, Quick / Nimble, Snapshot testing

Version Control : Git (GitHub or Bitbucket)

Crash & Analytics : Firebase, Sentry, Mixpanel, Instabug

Package Management : CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager

Others : RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Push Notifications, CoreData, Realm
