Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
  • Come up with the right architecture and design for ideas and experiments to quickly scale.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to the team.
  • Own the success of your team's projects and deliver quantifiable results in a timely manner.
  • Coach and mentor engineers to help with their learning and career growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Past experience working on iOS.

  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and a passion for building scalable, maintainable systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

  • Development Tools : Xcode, Instruments, LLDB, Fastlane
  • Architectures : MVC, MVVM, VIPER (as applicable), modular architecture
  • Build & CI / CD : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane
  • Testing : XCTest, XCUITest, Quick / Nimble, Snapshot testing
  • Version Control : Git (GitHub or Bitbucket)
  • Crash & Analytics : Firebase, Sentry, Mixpanel, Instabug
  • Package Management : CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager
