AVP – Enterprise Analytics & Decision Support (BI)

Role Summary

Lead the centralized BI & Analytics function to drive data-led decisions, automation, and a strong data culture. Collaborate across sales, ops, and tech to deliver scalable insights and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own CXO-level dashboards and performance reporting

Drive BI strategy and reporting automation

Integrate Python-based analytics and workflow automation

Partner with data engineering on AWS / Redshift pipelines

Lead a 15+ member team and engage senior stakeholders

Requirements

12–15 yrs in BI leadership (preferably BFSI)

Strong in Power BI, SQL, SAP BO, Python

Experience with cloud data architecture

Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership
