Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of test engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes within timelines.
- Build career development plans and ensure the team stays aligned with current and future skill requirements.
- Use data-driven analysis to prioritize between short-term needs and long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, development managers, and scrum teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and encourage continuous learning within the team.
- Develop and maintain test scripts based on functional and technical designs.
- Contribute to the selection, validation, and implementation of QA tools and best practices.
- Understand user requirements, write test cases, build automation scripts, execute testing, debug issues, and deliver comprehensive reports.
- Support CI / CD processes and ensure seamless integration with automation frameworks.
- Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.8–11 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with at least 2 years in team leadership.Strong understanding of testing concepts, product architecture, and QA methodologies.Hands-on experience in test case development, automation, debugging, and reporting.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Ability to own and drive product quality across teams.Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)
Experience with Selenium, Cypress, or WebDriver I / O (C# or Java).Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.Contributions to open-source projects, personal repositories, or tech communities.Relevant certifications in technology or Agile methodologies.Experience working in Agile-at-scale environments across global teams.Exposure to CI / CD tools such as Jenkins .Skills Required
