Job description2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns. Proven track record in generating high-quality leads or eCommerce sales . Strong understanding of conversion tracking , pixel setup , and Google Tag Manager . Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) , Looker Studio , or similar tools. Creative mindset + analytical thinking — able to blend storytelling with data. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with YouTube Ads , LinkedIn Ads , or Performance Max campaigns . Understanding of funnels, landing pages , and CRM integration . Agency experience handling multiple client accounts. Work with diverse brands across industries. Growth-oriented, creative, and collaborative environment. Freedom to test new strategies and ideas.
📍 Location : Mumbai, Byculla (WFO Only)

What You’ll Do :
- Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for Lead Generation & eCommerce clients.
- Conduct deep audience research , A / B testing , and funnel analysis to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and prepare weekly / monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative & content teams to align ad messaging with brand goals.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
