Job Overview :

Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for driving the channel business by managing Global, regional and local channel partners effectively in collaboration with Channel BU.

ROLE OBJECTIVE :

• DSM in INDUSTRIAL BU is responsible for growing TE Industrial sales and increase market share through the global Channel Partners branch offices, regional Channel Partners and local distributors at the POP and POS level in the assigned market, by account management.
• Strong and positive communication with the distributors is paramount in order to successfully train and support them so they can effectively sell the TE product.
• The job is to effectively negotiate with the relevant SV's reporting customer needs and requirements.
• Efficiently manage branch execution of the distributor's corporate plans, including managing all market business reviews, and driving engagement and accountability.
