▷ Urgent : Marketing Manager

Insight Global are looking for an experienced Digital Experience Manager to join one of their premium clients in the pharmaceutical space. This person will partner directly with marketers to recommend, plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for planning, documenting and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across an internal and external cross-functional campaign delivery team.

You will be facilitating he communication between brand teams, technical / content delivery teams and agency teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in channel marketing, technical marketing operations and / or campaign operations, with a proven track record of driving successful omnichannel marketing campaigns.

You will be partnering with analytics to conduct performance analysis, to evaluate insights to improve future campaigns. You will be suggesting new approaches, and providing consultation for personalisation and testing objectives to scale the programs and improve reach.

Must Haves

• Strong experience within Digital Marketing or Campaign Operations
• Experience translating brand marketing strategies into functional omnichannel plans
• Proven experience in documenting business and technical requirements and managing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns, using tools like Storyteq and Office 365
• Proficiency in project management and marketing automation tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce DataCloud, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and JIRA
• Strong stakeholder management skills including with Third Parties and agencies
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with martech integrations including DAM systems, CMS, CDP, and preference / consent management platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication is essential
