Role Overview

You’ll own the full technical setup and execution of our email marketing infrastructure. From configuring domains to ensuring high deliverability, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping our outbound campaigns running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage email marketing systems (Instantly, Smartlead – MUST have experience )
• Configure and maintain SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records
• Warm up new domains and mailboxes for maximum deliverability
• Monitor sender reputation and inbox placement rates
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues and implement best practices
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign execution
