Hiring : Email Marketing Setup Expert (Full-Time, Onsite – Kharadi, Pune | EST Shift)

About Us

We are a fast-growing AI SaaS company building next-gen voice and recruitment solutions. To scale our outreach, we’re looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Setup Expert to join our Pune team full-time.

Role Overview

You’ll own the full technical setup and execution of our email marketing infrastructure. From configuring domains to ensuring high deliverability, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping our outbound campaigns running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage email marketing systems (Instantly, Smartlead – MUST have experience )
Configure and maintain SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records
Warm up new domains and mailboxes for maximum deliverability
Monitor sender reputation and inbox placement rates
Troubleshoot deliverability issues and implement best practices
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign execution

Requirements

2+ years of experience in email marketing setup and deliverability

Strong technical knowledge of email protocols and authentication

Proven hands-on experience with Instantly or Smartlead

Expertise in email warmup strategies

Ability to work onsite in our Kharadi, Pune office

Flexibility to work EST shift (6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST)
