We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Banking Officer - CASA Sales to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the banking sector and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves acquiring new customers for CASA products, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products through direct selling.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth in CASA sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the branch.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.Strong understanding of banking products, particularly CASA offerings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and tailor solutions.Skills Required
