Role Overview

We are seeking a IT & Ad Operations Specialist with a strong IT background and hands-on experience in digital ad asset management. This role combines the rigor of IT operations with the practical knowledge of ad platforms, ensuring seamless access, management, and troubleshooting across client and internal digital assets.

You will be the backbone of our operations team — maintaining secure access, managing assets across Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and other platforms, and ensuring smooth technical problem-solving for the agency’s digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ad Asset & Access Management

• Manage access requests and permissions for Google, Facebook, and other advertising platforms.
• Maintain an organized system for ad accounts, Business Managers, domains, pixels, and other digital assets.
• Troubleshoot asset ownership conflicts, access issues, and security settings.
