Role Overview
We are seeking a IT & Ad Operations Specialist with a strong IT background and hands-on experience in digital ad asset management. This role combines the rigor of IT operations with the practical knowledge of ad platforms, ensuring seamless access, management, and troubleshooting across client and internal digital assets.
You will be the backbone of our operations team — maintaining secure access, managing assets across Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and other platforms, and ensuring smooth technical problem-solving for the agency’s digital marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Asset & Access Management
- Manage access requests and permissions for Google, Facebook, and other advertising platforms.
- Maintain an organized system for ad accounts, Business Managers, domains, pixels, and other digital assets.
- Troubleshoot asset ownership conflicts, access issues, and security settings.
IT Operations & Technical Support
Provide day-to-day IT support across teams (logins, access, troubleshooting).Handle asset inventory and IT documentation, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval.Maintain security protocols and ensure proper user management across all tools.Ad Operations Support
Partner with marketing teams to ensure proper ad account setup, pixel integrations, domain verifications, and tag implementations.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure tracking, reporting, and attribution tools are properly set up.Troubleshoot campaign setup or delivery issues related to access, integrations, or technical bottlenecks.Tools & Systems Management
Manage and optimize use of latest digital tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and other third-party integrations.Evaluate and onboard new tools to improve IT and ad ops efficiency.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.3-5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or ad operations.Strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Business Manager).Experience in access control, asset management, and troubleshooting account issues.Familiarity with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Pixels).Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.Preferred Skills
Previous experience in a digital marketing agency environment.Knowledge of other platforms ( Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads).Exposure to CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Klaviyo, etc.).Strong documentation and process-building skills.Why Join Us?
