Overview :
Our client is looking for a candidate to lead the organization’s recruitment strategy to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent aligned with business goals. Build a strong employer brand, streamline recruitment processes, and develop long-term talent pipelines. Collaborate with leadership for workforce planning and scalable hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Talent Planning : Design and implement talent acquisition strategies; collaborate on workforce planning; lead recruitment team.
- Recruitment Operations : Manage full recruitment lifecycle; optimize tools and processes; ensure timely, quality hiring.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience : Drive branding campaigns; enhance candidate experience; represent at events and campus drives.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to labour laws; maintain hiring metrics; manage documentation and audits.
- Talent Pipeline Development : Build proactive sourcing strategies; partner with institutions and agencies; support internal mobility and succession planning.
Qualifications & Experience :
Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in real estate or related sectors.Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and market trends.Proven ability to scale hiring and lead teams.Key Competencies :
