Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Zoho-based projects . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing SaaS or CRM projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the Zoho ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or CRM implementation.

Strong understanding of Zoho products and modules (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, etc.).

Experience with Agile / Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

PMP, Prince2, or any other project management certification (preferred).

Prior experience working with a Zoho Partner or Zoho implementation team (highly desirable).
