The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee marketing and customer relations activities to strengthen brand presence and client satisfaction.
- Manage sales functions, ensuring revenue growth and business sustainability.
- Provide regular feedback, insights, and market intelligence to company leadership for decision-making.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and diversification.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development and marketing teams to achieve performance excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or marketing.At least 2–3 years of proven experience in the Event Management industry.2–3 years of leadership experience in a Business Development role.Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication abilities.Demonstrated success in achieving business targets and fostering client relationships.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and team management skills.CTC - 15 to 18LPA depending on skills and experience
